Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about our products, services, and how we work

Products & Pricing

Our agrochemical prices are based on current market rates and supplier costs. We offer both wholesale and retail pricing, and we regularly update our price list to remain competitive. Because prices in Zimbabwe can fluctuate due to currency and supply chain factors, we encourage customers to request a current quote through our contact page or by calling us directly at +263 77 590 9568.
Yes, we provide attractive discounts for bulk orders. Commercial farmers, cooperatives, and agribusinesses purchasing larger quantities of herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, or fertilizers can receive preferential pricing. The discount depends on the product type and order volume. Contact us with your requirements, and we will provide a tailored quotation within 24 hours.
We accept a range of payment methods for your convenience, including bank transfers (USD and ZiG), EcoCash and other mobile money platforms, cash payments at our office, and bank cheques for large orders. For commercial clients and repeat customers, we can discuss credit terms on a case-by-case basis. All payments are receipted and documented.

Yes, our mineral satellite survey services are available for farms and land across Zimbabwe. Using advanced remote sensing and satellite imagery, we can assess soil mineral potential, locate underground water sources, and map hydrothermal anomalies on any property. The service is particularly valuable for farmers considering borehole drilling, new crop enterprises, or land acquisition. Survey reports are typically delivered within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the size and complexity of the area.
